Strange notification....

One of my maxx's just gave me a notification saying "Upload to BUA+ failed"....I have no idea what its talking about. Lol. It worries me that its some kind of air push ad or something else so I don't want to tap on it. Anyone know what this means? I'm sure its no big deal but I want to be sure. I'd appreciate any info you guys can give!
