If root ever comes for the Galaxy Note 5 you will want to grab the stock firmware and a fresh version of Odin prior to rooting your device. Stock images serve as a safety net for anyone trying to modify their devices. Not only do these provide a safety net they also provide a quick and easy way to totally erase your phone incase you need to sell it. The stock firmware along with the stock kernel, modem, and recovery have been uploaded. You will probably want to grab these files for safe keeping. You never know when you might need them.
