starting app

Does it start an app that is not bootable itself? I use Refine Efficiency and it does not support the feature yet.

I know this thread is old, but searchers beware!!!!

I'm looking for a good startup manager for my DX Froyo, and I saw this. However, what I find very troubling is links in the support forum to what looks like The kind of porn that can get you in jail!!!
