sqlite editor mobile hotspot hack on ics for Bionic?

Can anybody confirm the Sqlite editor hack for the mobile hotspot working on Ics for Bionic? Debating whether to root or not. If i do this would be the only reason.

I did it just like i did on the.905 update and it worked flawless...i did the same procedure with the ics leak version 6.7.2233.and it gives me am error code 14... I tried am updated version of sqlite editor v1.4.1...but the same results occur..any thoughts???

Wow, not exactly. I tried the same method on the ICS leak and it worked fine for me. I'm stumped.
 
could someone post the steps to the hack, I just upgrAded 244 and am trying to get evething back ASAP, the throttle hack to if it's handy
