I am the Sprint Account Manager for a small company with over 50 phone lines. We are switching from Nextel to Sprint and require Direct Connect so we chose the Admiral. I called Sprint and they told me that the best way to switch contacts is by taking the phone to the store. However, that is not an option with over 50 phones being delivered at once. So I asked about the gmail contacts option. I created a new account through gmail and I am going to import the contacts through Excel .csv files. I am not sure how to transfer the Direct Connect numbers into Gmail so that the numbers are available on the Admiral. Has anyone had experience with this??? Do I create a "custom" contact and label it direct connect or use the "mobile" contact option in Gmail??? Any help greatly appreciated.
