[Solved] swipe options greyed out

My unlock type is swipe that is no security but then too I cannot access my swipe options as it has been greyed out only some options are available I am attaching a screenshot to make it easier for you. And I dont have any unauthorized applications which may have caused this problem. Please help me I have tried everything

Go to settings, then security. Scroll to the last item which is 'clear credentials' hit that. Now go back to settings, then screen lock. Now you will be able to access all features.

You may not be able to use Foxfi until you reinstall a pattern screen lock again.

Double thanks all of a sudden FoxFi wasn't working, I put pattern back and bingo!
