Smart manager

I came across a tips and tricks page and there is an app called Smart Manager that allows maintenance on your phones performance, security, and battery. Problem is I can't seem to find it. Thanks

If the Smart Manager widget does not exist on any of your Home screens:

1. Touch and hold a Home screen, and then touch Widgets at the bottom of the screen.
2. Touch and hold the Smart Manager widget, position it on an available screen, and release it.
3. Touch Back
   
   to exit the edit mode.
4. You now have easy access to the Smart Manager application through the Smart Manager widget.

Smart Manager is currently available for Samsung Galaxy S® 6 devices from T-Mobile, US Cellular, and MetroPCS.
