Smart Actions Not Stopping

I had a smart action set to send a message to one of my contacts one Friday. After the day had passed i had deleted the smart action. Now Every Friday at the same time that person receives the same text message. How do i fix this so that the person doesn't get the same message every Friday?

double check it got deleted and maybe check your other rules to see if it got added in by some freak accident?
if that still doesn't fix it, i would delete smart actions and re install it. its available on the app market
