Is there anyway to use skype over wifi on verizon droid 2 global or any other voip app. Thanks

Go to the market and look for Skype. There should be two versions. Skype Mobile for Verizon (NOT WIFI) and just Skype by itself (solid blue Icon). That one works over Wifi. But just to warn you, it's highly unreliable and an embarrassment of an app that hasn't been touched in what... a year now? I love Skype but they've really given Android the shaft.

I got it and it seems to work ok, I havent used it extensively. What problems are there with it? I did root my phone IDK if it helps
