Setting up college email

I've been trying to set up my school email account to my x2 since I got the phone during the summer. I have never been successful in doing so. I think I've managed to enter the correct server info, but I continually get an "invalid username or password" error. I've double and triple checked my account info and everything is in order. Does anyone have any idea what I'm doing wrong?

It's hard to say without knowing the specific school. Mine had some basic help files on the IT page that help some. I always have to set up my friends cause our school makes it fairly complicated. I would check with your IT and then go from there.
