Sending D1 phone in for new one

I have to send my phone back for a new one. It was rooted so i'm trying to get back to stock. I have gotten it this far. Does this look right?

Android version: 2.2.1
Baseband version: C_01.43.01P
Kernel version: 2.6.32.9-g68eeef5 android-build@apa26#1
Build number: voles-userdebug 2.2.1 FRG83D 75603 test-keys
Shouldn't this just say FRG83D? Why all the other wording?

Then you should be good. I've unrooted & sent back 4 in the last 2 weeks but I used an older one (01B) out of habit & I can't remember what it said. I didn't bother to let them take OTA's either.
