Send Movie files from Droid2 to iPod Touch

I am trying to figure out a way to send some movies i have on my Droid2 to my buddies iTouch... I have wireless wifi so I can use that to get online with the iTouch... now how would I go about transferring that file? Could I do it with dropbox? or a similar app? Please let me know ideas... unfortunately, we don't have computers we can just hook up too and the iTouch isn't jailbroken...

if you download a movie from dropbox on an itouch can you watch it through the itouch? or does it need to be done via itunes?
