Here you are bud. Extract the Icons.zip to anywhere on your SD Card. Then download Desktop Visualizer from the market. I made a 3x1 widget for the top 3 icons, but you can make them whatever size you want.

Also my left screen is Calendar top, Twitter bottom.
Right screen is Power Control, Weather/News, and BattStat

Also I'm running Revolution just for the heck of it but I run Incognito themes 95% of the time. Let me know if you need anything else! Enjoy!
