Ok so why when I do a long press I don't see these type of watermark icons in the add to homescreen??

also did you get this lockscreen from the muiu rom?

Yes, that lockscreen is default from the MIUI ROM, (note: only the lockscreen is included but not the girl :icon_ banana when you press and hold on the message icon, it let you see the last 4 or 5 text messages received, I will think it should do the same with the phone icon, but I haven't figure that out.

Is there any way I could just install the lockscreen?
