pretty boring i guess. have my main apps i use every day on the middle screen, my media on another screen, and my tools and other stuff i use frequently on another screen. the last 2 screens are for bookmarks and people widgets from Launcher Pro +

^ Which home replacement is that?

its called home++ its in the marketplace and its free... i absolutly love it you can remove the notification bar so its gone until theres a notification and the exclamation button on the bottom brings it up.... that bar on the bottom also slides to the left to reveal what would normally be on the notification bar

when i click on these icons on the "dock" they take me to the app

how do i make this links go to that app?

Running UD 7.0 with pieces of bgill's Incognito theme which themes the news, weather, search and youtube widgets and the notification bar.

The text icons are Simptext and Tallmin icons courtesy of Ultralinx and are customized to suit my own apps.

The launcher is just launcher pro plus and the widgets you get with the donate version. You can also resize widgets with the plus version which is how you get widgets in the middle of the screen.

If you're looking for specifics other then that let me know what yer talkin about.

I forgot where I found the launcher dock image but I mostly get them from Launcherpro forums.
