How did you manage to get the launcher themed like that? Fab said he didnt theme it for cyan 6???

I am connected via USB with debug enabled and picme says server running, but when I put address in browser (FF or IE) and does not connect.

Your new phone is a never ending learning experience trust me. If you find yourself a bit too lost check out this thread:

That's where I got started, it helps because most of the screenshots on this one are from rooted phones (there are exceptions of course ), and your results will likely be a little different than what you see here.

You guys know that you can create folders so you don't need to take up all 3 screens

Explain the point of folders?

Cleaner and faster to find. I have made a folder and placed a dozen games in it. Another holds Office docs, PDFs, draw, Google docs, thesaurus, Another for new and weather. If you can categorize it; folder it. Yes, sub folders even.

PicMe doesn't work via USB. Turn on your Wifi, and connect to the same network your computer is on. Then start PicMe, and send the computer to the IP addy.

Just have icons on the main homescreen, other 2 are for widgets, and i have 15 icons on my LP dock, although 3 of which are for launcher. don't see the point of folders since there is the launcher, takes just as long.

I have UD 3.0 which allows me to change the text colors.

Nice so what does that all mean I'm new to driod.... but i've been reading most of the threads and it sound like when i was learning how to mod my xbox!!! Good times!!! So am I right when I say it seems like if you learn what to do you can mod a droid a lot more than I thought when i bought it b/c that would be freaking sweet!!!!!!
