The screen shot is most likely from a Droid running the Ultimate 7.8 or 8.0 ROM. Black Droid makes it. You can get the rom from a sub forum in the Hacking section.

Hmmm...don't know if we are talking about the same thing. Some of the Helix launcher has Superman icon, color Droid icon, etc. I looked in the Blackdroid Rom section and do not see how to change the Helix icon from the default squares.

all you need is the launcher to be in /system/app to apply a metamorph that can change the drawer icon...
