make apps display big like that on desktop
so how do you make the apps display big like that..cause i dont know how? do you have to install a theme package first or what? where is the setting?
Here is my main home screen -- this is how it was on my G1 and how it will stay. These are my most used applications and the weather/flip clock.
The left and right contain widgets and some more applications that I use often.

how do you push the sms widget onto the droid using terminal em
Do you have Root explorer? If you do I can tell you, because I do all my app pushing through that and term em, but if you don't then I can't help you b/c I don't know the code to push things with term em alone by heat.
Edit: I found the mount, push, unmount code.
Use this:
su
mount -o remount,rw -t yaffs2 /dev/block/mtdblock4 /system
busybox cp -R /sdcard/Pandora.apk /system/app
mount -o ro,remount -t yaffs2 /dev/block/mtdblock4 /system
sync
reboot
And replace Pandora.apk with whatever the name of the sms apk is. It would be something like sms.apk on you sdcard

I swear I posted my old screens back when this thread was only a few dozen pages long. So far cant find my last post...but whatever...Much improved since then!
I am still only at about page 138 of this thread...but I just cant wait to post my screen shots. I think tonight I have finally created my perfect droid.:icon_ devil:
Boot Animation (I added this):
Lock Screen/Dialer/Shade
Screens 1-6 (3 is my home)
Screen 1: Pure Calendar Widget
Screen 2: FeedR RSS feeds
Screen 3: Home++ flip date and time, Weather Forecast Widget, SetCPU, Quick Profiles settings, Mini Info and Network Widgets
Screen 4: Root Tools and Widgets (plus car locator widget)
Screen 5: Communications and Fun stuff
Screen 6: Work stuff and aCurrency widgets
