ok, one more q, got the launcher2, renamed to .apk, put in correct folder, how to run it? Do i need to change it to launcher.apk to overrode the original one?

you have to push it through the abd shell which... i should know how to do as i manually rooted my phone but since i only did it one time.. yea dont remember can someone post instructions on how to push a apk through the shell?

Do you have root helper and terminal installed on your phone..or do you know how to use adb?

not sure man, I think Metamorph is the red headed step child. I haven't found a solid location for info or themes anywhere. but I think it would look good kinda a milky white transparent look. doing themes is above my knowledge at the moment. I just took that pandora apk and changed the "red" color to blue.
