Where do you get these icons and how do you install them?

Ok so I have the Home++ installed and Better Cut but I can't get better cut to recognize Home++ I wonder if it has anything to do with that I have launcher2 installed, but I dont use it

@droidlicious better cut does not work natively with home replacements at this time. You have to go to stock home and put all your shortcuts that you want added then open up better cut in your home replacement and edit them there.

This thread has been awesome! I want to thanks those who threw up the large pics for wallpaper.
I was wondering, I find myself changing the home screens with layouts and widgets looking for something cool, fresh, and functional. I must has changed things around 8 times in the last 2 weeks. Anyone else find themselves repeatedly changing things up?

when I open better cut it says" Launcher or Launcher2 I pick launcher 2. it does not recognize Home++ BUT when I chose EDIT I select the icon I want to edit and it WILL DROP IT on my Home++ desktop. if my icon is not there I pick newshortcut it will ask if you want to edit.. I say NO then click activity. it will look like a blank screen and act like its not working. Just wait and every app WILL show up

looks nice let me know if you release them or do it with all black and transparent if you do release it though i will probably try to modify them to the black my self if thats cool with you

you might try the chat bubble style for talk

nrm you are using that just its so clear i didnt notice lol

I have a black border as well, was just trying something out. I may get rid of the glare overlay, since that's obscuring a lot and try that out. We'll see, anything could happen.

And yes, the talk icon does have the bubble. The bubble had a default white background at first, but I took it out just to see how it looked.

Added in the background again, 30% opacity.

Edit Just noticed I missed part of the white inside the A. Fixed that on my master.

I just got my droid yesterday and now I officially understand what crack addicts feel like lol. This phone is AMAZING and this thread is one of the best I read so far. Although its 162 pages long has a ton of good info for newbies like me. I am sure somewhere along in these pages this question may have been answered (currently on page 14). But can someone tell me the basic wall paper add? I mean can I just google any wallpaper or make my own? If so how do I add it to my droid ? One last question sorry people who have those white short cuts on the bottom how you do that ? Thanks guys and love this forum hope it goes for a long time.

you can super long press on any picture you see from the browser and it'll let you save it. then you can make it your wallpaper. the shortcuts on the bottom are from the Home++ app in the market.
