The home replacement is called iSheep and the theme he is using is "Classic Unoriginal (Boring Same As Everyone Else Edition)".

Actually if you download Sweeterhome beta 2 ..... you can use an iPhone theme .... the bottom dock doesn't work its just pictures but the app part is all your apps scrollable lol.
