Screenshots of peoples Droid desktops?

So how do I get these icons on my phone? Is there a folder that I drag them to on my sd card? Same with the dock? Thanks!!!
With Launcherpro as your Launcher go, menu>preferences>dock settings. Select number of docks and change it to three. Hope this iswhat you're looking for.
Spoken into a can, attached to some string, attached to another can that YOU happen to be holding.

It's jumbo, because I figure why not. Someday if I have a tablet, I'll have high res stuff ready to go.
I use desktop visualizer. Alternatively, you could use GIMP and put it directly onto your wallpaper.
Basically: shortcuts first, then add the widget,
