awesome glad you like it! yeah i saw the file, i just thought since i actually have the og droid i would post a screeny with it!

(i actually had to edit the psd a little. it included the stock notification bar for the droid, and i wanted to show my own, so i just got rid of that layer)

finally rooted finally have screen shots

To whomeever was helping with the rooting problem last week. Thanks very much. Turned out that a friend had rooted with the same version so I knew it HAD to be possible. I guess that my phone doesn't like the temporary root option. Anything worth doing is worth doing well, right?

Anyways, without further ado. Using z4root. My beautiful 6 desktops.

Congrats on the root, now time to flash some custom Rom and start getting the all the potential of your "X".
As for your screenshots, don't worry we all started like that, but like you said this is just the beginning next you will be doing all sort of modification to your phone.

I'd be willing to bet it's Minimalistic Text Widget, in the Maket

For anyone of you guys using Minimalistic Text Widget, how do you get the small vertical line used to separate the text? (the line in the pic above between 52 and sunny). I have looked and looked at the options and can not figure out how to separate the different categories on a single (same) line. Thanks.

in custom layout, add in static text then click on the box and on you keyboard go to numbers> alt and on the top left you should see a vertical line. add that in and your good to go my man

Here's my pretty plain setup. I'm still working on customization and getting apps, but overall I'm content with my Droid so far.

I've attached my 4 pictures of my 3 screens. I'm a big Gmail user, and my school uses the Google Apps. So I do everything through Gmail - gTasks keeps track of my tasks. The Gmail and Calendar functions sync continually keeping me updated.

Edit: Sorry for the coloration - Not sure why it's doing that... but at least you get the picture. No pun intended.
