Does anyone know what widget is showing the SD card and internal memory in this:

^Both widgets are by G3. Sd Card Widget and Internal Memory Widget. Personally I uninstalled mine. The SD card widget working properly once and that's it.

I prefer Mini Info Widget, much better and it works!

Yeah its rooted and I'm using a metamorph theme called glass that I got off here in the theme section.

Anybody know what theme this is? How can I get it?

It is either Launcher2 from 2.1, which does not require Root, btw; or it is rooted and running 2.1.
