Here is my current setup, The launcher was made by me and applied using Launcher Pro, I have 5 "invisible icons" across the dock so I can see my dock. As you can tell, I am a proud IronWorker.
The theme I have been using since I got my droid in 11/09 I just keep adding icons and pieces from other themes that I like. It started out as my theme, Droidinator and now I see the theme as my own personal "Droid Mutt".
The in-call dialer was inspired by incognito red I believe but I made the background image myself.

Evolution, I'm evolving from needing a blue theme to really appreciating other wonderful work.

Here's my LFY 1.9 with the Watermark theme. I have an update zip on my sdcard for swapping back and forth between the stock dialer (pictured) and my custom GSXR dialer that I love too.

What are the "word" icons? Where do I get them? Will they work with LP?

There are the word icons. And yes, they work for LauncherPro. They're from Manup456's REVOlution Theme.

i have been all through this thread trying to find some ideas i like a lot of them but cant find them anywhere. how are you guys getting different icons and docks? im running first droid w/2.2 launcher pro and buglessbeast .5 version. still looking for a cool theme for bb.5 like the ones im seeing on here!!

Go to DeviantArt.com and do some searches for icons and docks. Then for the dock, you just replace it in LauncherPro's settings.

For icons... I believe you can only do it with BetterCut/Desktop Visualizer or the likes. Just something else to play with your amazing phone. I love it.
