how did you get your icons like that on the launcher pro dock? im using launcherpro icon pack and cant figure it out

Yea its awesome and the developer keeps adding htc widgets to the plus version, so far he has a calander, message, people, and bookmark widget for the plus version. Well worth the money.

Say I like the words down at the bottom instead of icons. Is that part of a icon pack? I searched for "evolution" and nothing shows up.
