but really like that 3D table at the bottom of the Helix 2, mabye I could pull the .png and the permissions and add it to my Helix 1

the pre's resolution is only 320x480. probably why it looks so crisp.

I've heard from many people that they've had issues with Helix 2 being laggy. Personally, I've had 0 issues with it, and it's super fast and neat looking. I am also OC'd to 1000max/800 min so this may have something to do with it.

Well out of curiosity I just tried the Helix2 and it wouldn't even open for me. It just kept flashing my wallpaper like it was trying to open but can't. I did read about compatability issues and mabye I fall in that category. Before uninstall I did copy the .apk so mabye I can find the files to put that 3D table in Helix1

I will post if I have any success with it

I am also wondering if anyone has had success in installing Helix as a system app and removing all other launchers. I don't see myself using anything else and this could save me some MB

I've seen posts about folks renaming the stock launcher to keep it from running in the background. Not sure about deleting it, though I wouldn'e see why not. I would save a backup just in case

Does Astrid sync with your google Calendar? I really like the Agenda widget, but I think it looks lame.

thats what I did and it does run a little smoother.
