In the future use the "search this thread" tab at the top of this thread, chose advanced, type in the usename of the person that posted something you like and check their posts in this thread ... took me 15 seconds to find his post of the wallpaper, less time than to type this.

That's the stock photo frame widget. Well, the 2.0.1 one is a black border, that one looks like the 2.1 one, which you have with BB 0.74
