its called home++ its in the marketplace and its free... i absolutly love it you can remove the notification bar so its gone until theres a notification and the exclamation button on the bottom brings it up.... that bar on the bottom also slides to the left to reveal what would normally be on the notification bar

what weather widget is that?

Beautiful Widgets

It's a pack of widgets for: Bluetooth, GPS, Plane mode, Silent, Vibrate, Wifi and Home (big/small). Home (big) is the 'weather' widget on my center screen and it's sort of a 3-n-1 widget: Tap the clock and it brings up the alarm; Tap the weather and you get a pretty slick animation for the current forecast along with a 3-day forecast; Tap the date and it brings up the calendar.

I understand how the folders are useful, but how do you go about filling it. For example, the media folder, what does that have in it and how do you populate it? Is it just filled with shortcuts? Thanks,..

to add things to the folders just long press on the application in your app menu then just drag it into the folder of your choosing...

since i have over 60 apps i keep them all in folders pertaining to that subject. It just makes it easier to find applications without having to scroll through page after page in the applications menu.

my media folder has:
1 Cast news (apps to watch news like cbs and fox)
amazon MP3
camera
gallery
movies (app to find local movie times and trailers)
music
pandora
photobucket
picsay
shazam
stream furious
TV.com (watch tv shows for free)
youtube
slacker
