Screen zooms in while scrolling.

Hey everyone,

Ive been having an unusual problem recently and cant seem to diagnose the cause. Everytime im scrolling through a page the digitizer seems to register an extra finger thats not there and inadvertently zooms in/out when its not supposed to. As you can imagine this makes the experience completely horrible. It seems to be a system wide bug as when im typing a text or url there are letters that get put on screen that i definitely didnt type... Resetting (turning off/on) has no effect whatsoever

If anyone can help me with this it would be awesome

Is your finger skidding along the screen? It happens to me and I believe it's being sensed by the phone as a double tap.

Nope definitely not. Also, when im swiping through homescreens i can see my live wallpaper react to "ghost" presses too... This is driving me crazy as it makes the entire phone almost to the point of unusable!
