If this is a feature, I am not sure how I activated it.
For the past year, when using my droid x's included web browser, I could swipe my finger to scroll the page at a rate relative to the force of my swipe. For the past two days, the slightest touch makes the page scroll all the way to the bottom. I can't imagine this being a feature because I can see no use for it. Even if I scroll down a lot, and then stop and scroll up a tiny bit, the phone still zooms all the way down as soon as I remove my finger.
So, feature or bug? And has anybody encountered this or knows how to get rid of it?
