Screen Vibrate Under Heavy Keyboard Usage?

Can anyone help with the screen randomly vibrating under heavy keyboard usage? It is very frustrating and it might only be during Handcent but I am not 100% sure on that. Basically when typing extremely fast the keyboard will pause or freeze for a second and the screen will vibrate... it always remembers what I have typed by can still be very irritating regardless. Thank you!

I don't know what it is but mine does the same thing.
