Screen Redraws: Anyone Else?

So randomly my screen will be plagued with screen redraws when unlocking. i had this issue before but then it stopped, but it is back again. i do not have a ton of stuff on my desktops just a few widgets including beautiful widgets. i also use widget locker but that has been installed for weeks with out thiss issue occuring. I am still using the stock launcher. so i was just wondering of anyone else has experienced screen redraws and what your fix was. This is such an annoyance.

I get it every now and then. I also use stock launcher. However, what really annoys me is the home transition is not as smooth as it was before the update. Whenever Im in an app and press home button, it stutters a little. I guess its part of the update. I wish there is an add on to make the home screen transition more smooth just like how it is in GO Launcher EX

I actually haven't had many screen redraws. Is it just you guys?

However, i've been noticing my device getting a bunch of scratches .. is this happening to you guys?
