Screen problems when charging

When my phone is charging, the screen doesn't work good.. like I can click somewhere, and it will open something totally different that's across the screen.. and I can't scroll good when its plugged in. Like it will be jumpy and click on things. Sometimes I can't even unlock my phone because if I try the unlock button will jerk back and forth. Does this happen to anyone else?

When mine does stuff like that I hit control alt delete and reboot it. (Alt, the key above it and Del key, on physical keyboard.) In your case make sure you are using the wall charger that came with the phone.
