Samsung Galaxy Tablet

I have a customer with 3 samsung galaxy tablets (1 10", 2 7"). They all connect to his wireless but have no internet access. He has 2 laptops that WILL connect to the internet and my bosses Apple phone connects to the internet. My Android phone also will not connect to the internet. Basically we have 4 devices that will connect to the wifi but have no internet access (they are all droid devices). I took one of the tablets to our office and I was able to connect to the internet immediately. Any ideas?
