Wifi tether connects but no internet

I have a rooted droid 4 with the entitlement hack for wifi tether, which has worked great up until the last week or so. Now my laptop and IPad show connection, but there is no internet access. (It does not show the "limited access" warning or anything). USB tethering DOES work, also I downloaded foxfi to see if it worked but it has the same issue, shows connection but no internet.

Any Ideas?
