Samsung Galaxy Tab question

I own a Samsung Galaxy Tablet and was wondering why NFL mobile isnt on the google play store?

I have it on my phone and figured i could get it on the tab but i can not.

Any help?

Is your tab cellular or wifi only?

Have you rooted it? Putting a custom ROM on will sometimes make an app "not available".
