So I just got the Android 9 update on Verizon today. Loving the look except that all my notifications are popping up with a bubble window now. doubled checked my notification settings and I am not seeing anything that is showing how to disable that. I know my Texting app YAATA has it set to off for sure, but It's still doing it, which makes me think something in the update has a global override!
