Hey everyone, I've been looking to see if anyone else has this problem but it doesn't appear they do.
I was rooted, then wiped, went back to stock, and loaded the OTA 2.1 update. Ever since then I have been getting a double notification on my notification pane. Right now I'm just using the stock messaging app and it will give me the talk bubble icon as well as a little envelope icon for a text message. I am able to turn off the notification within the messaging app. but the really annoying part is even once I've read the new message it still leaves the envelope in the notification pane! I'm not getting double ringtones for notifiications those I can turn on and off. It's just the stupid little icon that is annoying me!!
