Rooted users w/ AudioManager: I need your help.

I need:
1) A cap in landscape view w/ 4x1 widget.
2) A cap next to a couple high-res widgets (preferably with one that has text like Android Agenda). (4x1 widget again).
3) Turn your voicecall volume all the way up, tap on the widget and scroll down to voicecall volume. It should list 7/5. I need a cap of that.
4) Same as #3, but knock the voicecall volume down a notch so you get 6/5.
I would do this myself, but I am temporarily unable to root my phone. So any help would be much appreciated.

First one from crspang is good and usable, but the second two aren't. Maybe I didn't explain well enough for those caps. You have to actually initiate a call, turn your voicecall volume all the way up with the volume rocker button, and then go into the AudioManager widget. The voicecall volume in the widget should then show 7/5.
bike_guy: I appreciate the effort, but I need the caps to be of the actual widget and not a skinned one since I am helping the developer troubleshoot some issues with the app.
