Rooted RAZR HD MAXX cannot access Google Photos library from Gallery on phone?!

Been a long time since I posted here!

Recently did a stealth upgrade to the HD from the og razr, and no matter what settings I change on the PC or phone side I cannot see my photos stored on my account from this phone. :frown:

I am rooted and running Nova Launcher with Jellybean HD. Love it!

I have attempted freezing/unfreezing all the bloatware apps.

I do have the factory Homescreen frozen as well:

Homescreen 1.1.0.556

I did NOT freeze Homescreen Config.

Any ideas guys?
