How to Flash

1. Reboot into Recovery
2. MAKE A BACKUP!!!!!
3. Wipe all data/factory reset, wipe dalvik
4. Flash rom and reboot
5. Allow phone to settle a minute after reboot

How to Flash
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.

Prerequisites:
1) You need a GB radio to use this rom. The one in this thread is the initially leaked one,
but I recommend using MR 2
2) You must be rooted with CWR...obviously

Directions:

1) Place rom on SD card
2) Reboot into recovery...do not use Rom Manager for this one...its been giving the rom issues.
3) Wipe EVERYTHING...then WIPE it again to be sure lol...
4) Flash the rom

It looks just like stock only blue. I have only installed it as a test and do not have any screen shots...give me til the end of the day and I will post one up.

I got the framework made, but I am waiting to post it because I am making a completely red version of Lightning in Red....do you have adb set up? If so, I will post the framework update.zip but you need to push a modified htc.resources.apk to get the red signal bars. You can probably use root explorer, but I find it easier to use adb

Gimme about 45 minutes and you should be very excited...red themed lightning lite 2.2 w/advanced power menu, power widget mod, updated kernel, and sd card fix

Which ones? Anything I removed is in the removed apps.zip. Just adb push them to your phone to system/app

It's ok...its a little long...I am uploading the lite version now and just got done making the full version, which will be uploaded after my slow internet finishes up with the lite version.
