I cant seem to get this working, and I dont know why. I want it to be able to tell people there is an update, when they check for one. I just uploaded a test of my next version, and changed ro.modversion and the incremental number as well. Still no luck. What exactly has to be updated, and could someone give me an example?

may i ask how you solved this...? was it sth with the manifest, or build.prop edits?
