Liquid Smooth has always been one of my favorite AOSP roms. It always improves performance and comes with tons of customization options. Team Liquid has released their version of Android 4.3! It is available now on a very long list of devices. Liquid Smooth 2.10 incorporates some new features including bluetooth add trust device feature, mock sms, Irda system service, allow more hidden apps, activate PIE on lockscreen, activate PIE on lockscreen apps, new profiles icon, align status bar date to the bottom, privacygaurd, allow to block notifications for foreground services, HALO features, and many more new features.
