With most if not all GB roms I've tried, reebot recovery in rom manager and option when powering off in custom roms works fine if usb debugging is disabled. Took me a while to figure that out.

Not sure if it holds true still but a few days ago he posted on dxf that it would most likely not. Said that moving it to gb would delay the next release too long.

Just my guess that more roms will after cm nightlies have officially made the transition. But I have been wrong before.
