Ring Guard…Another #Fail after Froyo

I haven't been able to get this app working at all since 2.2. It was kind of a nice app as it would alert you to if your ringer volume was raised or lowered. And if you didn't respond it would go back to it's last setting.

Any fixes for this? I noticed an update for it today but unfortunately it's didn't change the way it works with Froyo.

I just got the 2.2 OTA update, and RingGuard works fine, as far as I can see.

Really annoying that the volume rocker stops at vibrate and doesn't go to silent. I just put together a RingGuard change that fixes this, as best as it can. When the RingGuard dialog is on the screen, and therefore has control of the volume rocker, on a volume-down click it checks to see if the current volume is vibrate. If so, it sets it to silent. So, it should work pretty cleanly if you start at a volume other than vibrate. If you start at vibrate, pushing volume-down won't activate RingGuard, since the volume won't change. Can bump the volume up to activate RingGuard, and then use volume-down to silence once RingGuard has control.
