Ring vs. notification volume...

I think it's kind of stupid that ring volume and notification volume cannot be set independently from one another. When I'm at work I need to hear my phone ringer...but do not want to hear text and email notifications every 5 mins. Smart Actions are not smart enough.

I agree but I found an app for that.

VolumeControl + is a free app (with a paid version I think) it let's you control all of your volumes(ringer, notification, media and in-call )
