Resica Falls, PA Boy Scouts Camp 2015

So I'm out at 2015 resica Falls Boy Scout camp, arrived this afternoon with my son, and will be here through next Saturday. First time for both of us! Looks like a lot of fun and I'll have lots of fun pictures for everybody to see.

Ahhh I remember my first cub scout outing, burgers, dogs, knot tying, rifle shooting, and bow and arrows. Soooo much fun. Sad that the scouts got the bad pub a few years back. The scouts are a nice organization for building up the youth of today.

Yeah, lots of walking and lots of hills, over 4,800 acres. I'm gonna be wiped out.

Oh, the memories. This actually makes me kind of excited for my stepson to be getting older. I was in Cub Scouts all the way up until my first year of Boy Scouts. Had some fun times at camp. And some not so fun times. I quit because the kid that was a huge jerk was the son of the guy who was taking over as Scout Master the next year. No way was I putting up with that kid when his dad was in charge.

Seems like a lifetime ago now...

Yeah...my son has no interest in scouts .but little does he know..he's getting to go camping in August in Montana...get him away from that dang ps4 for a while

We're going camping locally end of July with my 5 year old stepson & the puppy. Real camping. In a tent.

We're going in a tent but we'll also have the 5th wheel to hide in if a bear or severe storm approaches
