[request]build.prop

Hi guys i am requesting if anyone has a clean build.prop

by this mean a non carrier provided version

i am trying some features on my D3 but i need to validate my testing on a non VZW or AT&T build

i know there are versions out there (people from moto dev)
who get the updates directly from Moto

ok to clarify just in case it didn't make sense
can someone upload the build.prop from an XT860 version of the D3

i am after the dialing code because all the roms have the same issue i cannot use pin requests due to dial plan specified for the US restricting the code to only work in the US
i need a global phone non provider FW to referrer off so i can find where this is being locked
the reason for the build.prop is because all fw gets its details from the phone for the dialing plan.
any help would be appreciated
