Running as we speak (ah...type!) ;-)

It's fast and clean. Most bloat removed, but the needed ones kept, such as motocast, etc.

It is a MOD of .173, so you need to be updated to install. It doesn't flash a new ROM, just mods the existing. He also includes a reverse install tool to take you back to .173.

Just got my razr and its bloated more than my stomach. Would be cool if there was a program
that we could select/de-select the apps we want. Kinda like the program used to hack the wii.
You can select the version you have and select the apps you want, then it creates a file for you
wii. I wish I knew how to program...just my thought.

Sorry about the link...it appears it's been pulled due to some having bootlooping issues. I see in more recent posts, it's been fixed, but Droid Th3ory hasn't reposted. If you go to pages 15-16 you'll see the explanations.

Also there's a fix for Black on Black text menus. I found them to be quite hampering. I didn't do the fix, but instead used Matt's utility (http://www.droidforums.net/forum/droid-razr-hacks/198379-updated-droid-razr-utility-windows.html) to flash back to .173. I may give it another go now that the menus have been fixed.
